The lusArs In Champaign, IL / May 20 - May 22, 2000

On the weekend of May 20, 2000, a group of UMR CS lusArs (mea, jja, tweedy, slaught, jferg, and mhunter), along with the group's tokin'^W token English major (edna) and tweedy's following from Pennsylvania (beegle) converged on the city of Champaign, IL to drink beer, eat grilled meat, and make fun of one another (as well as everyone else).

Yes, when the lusArs think vacation, we think Illinois. Why? Well, the scenery, as you can see from the picture, has already fled the state and cannot, therefore, be marred by our presence.

So with this many lusArs in one place, of course we have digital cameras. And what do lusArs do with digital cameras? We take pictures of one another taking pictures of one another.

Another picture of mhunter. This time he's biting a ball he got out of a Guiness can. Will we ever get a picture of him doing something normal? Somehow I doubt it. (I'm not sure what slaught is doing in the background. Probably planning the destruction of all souls. That or pondering where to look for another batch of cake donuts. We just don't know.)
